Registration fees
Students (undergrad, master, PhD): 100€
Postdocs, faculty: 150€
Other participants: 300€
The fees will cover lectures/lab sessions, breakfasts, coffee breaks, lunches and social events.
Accommodation for all participants in university dorms will be available at the prices listed below. See Venue page for a description of the dorms.
- 2 persons sharing a room: 67.5EUR / person / week. Since our partner Babes-Bolyai University is part of Universitaria Consortium*, this option is free for students affiliated to any member of the Universitaria Consortium.
- single occupancy (limited availability): 135EUR / person / week
